1984
Formation of Tema India Limited specialist manufacturer Heat Exchangers. Research started on Screw Plug Heat Exchangers.
2000
Formation of Tema India Limited specialist manufacturer Heat Exchangers. Research started on Screw Plug Heat Exchangers.
2003
Successful attainment of ASME U2 accreditation and received first order of Helix Changers, marking a milestone in its production and delivery capabilities.
2007
Phase 1 & Phase 2 expansion completed, resulting in an enhanced capacity of 15000 metric tons per year. Which helped us to handle more work and serve our customers better, showing our commitment to growing and improving.
2009
Milestone achieved: Patents awarded for the Shrink Ring on the channel barrel of our Screw Plug Heat Exchanger SRX(TM)
2010
Tema featured amongst one of the leading manufacturers of Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, boasting a substantial turnover of US$45 million. This achievement reflects our strong presence and contribution to the industry.
2011
Entered the Power sector by efficiently fulfilling our first order of HP Feedwater Heaters and Surface Condensers for 660MW Supercritical thermal power plants. Supplied 54 m Long Trichlorosilane (TCS) Heavy Impurity Column for Polysilicon Plant.
2013
Partnered with Tata Capital Investments at Tema India and obtained the S Stamp Accreditation for our manufacturing processes associated with power boilers and pressure vessels. Additionally, we successfully supplied a Waste Heat Boiler weighing 125MT.
2014
Ventured into the Floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) market by securing our first order of FPSO topside Heat Exchangers for the P-74 project of Petrobras, marking our first dispatch to Brazil.
2015
Received the "Best Global Business" SME Award from Dun & Bradstreet, recognizing our outstanding achievements on the global stage. This prestigious award highlights our dedication to excellence and success in the international business arena.
2017
Received the Excellence Award at the GE Belief India Suppliers Conference, recognizing our exceptional performance and dedication. Secured largest order, consisting of 128 Heat Exchangers for the Clean Fuel Project in Kuwait, encompassing both Licensed Screw Plug Heat Exchangers (SRXTM) and Conventional Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers.
2018
First Nuclear order for Recycle Board of BARC secured, marking a significant milestone in its nuclear endeavors. This achievement highlights our role in advancing nuclear technology. Additionally, we have successfully secured an order for 296 units of Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, and Columns for BARC's Nuclear Fuel recycling facility, further solidifying our position in the industry.
2019

2021
Secured yet another nuclear contract for SS & Ti Instrumentation Support Stands from NPCIL, resulting in import substitution for the country. Award of high-pressure screw-plug heat exchanger for renewal diesel project in Louisiana, USA.
2022
Successful welding of the heaviest thickness of 276mm (269 mm + 7 mm WO ) Shell for the P-78 Floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) Project. Technology Tie-up with BARC/NPCIL for "High-Efficiency Distillation Columns for Separation of Fluids“.
2023
Secured a significant contract to supply Heat Exchangers for the P-80 and P-83 FPSO projects of Petrobras. Additionally, we obtained qualification for Zirconium welding, enabling us to cater to specialized chemical applications.
2024
Acquired accreditations for ISO3834 (Fusion Welding of metallic materials), AD2000 (Manufacture of pressure vessels), PED 3.1 (Manufacture of pressure equipment), and ASME U3 certifications (Design & Manufacture of high-pressure vessels of 10,000 psi and above). Also, secured our first order for Egypt.
